The client wanted to develop a new application, “Quality Dashboard” (QD) that allows the Lab Managers to review the status of drug samples. Earlier it was done manually.

Silicus was engaged to develop a web-based QD application, to generate different reports.
The following features were provided in the web-based QD application:
- Comprehensive Dashboard for the entire Quality operation, which includes cycle time & OTD, Support, Right First Time, Throughput & Planning
- Access live data from QC and QA applications in order to generate different reports
- If QC and QA application data are not available, then data can be uploaded via Excel file, filtered on the basis of business rules thus generating different reports
- Interface with other systems (LIMS, Trackwise, ERP etc.)
