The client provides expert solutions that enable claims adjusters and policyholders to confidently settle a claim, through extensive research ensuring accurate pricing and an extraordinary claims experience.

Business Challenge

The client’s core business application used to calculate claims pricing, which could only be accessed by the internal employees. The client faced several challenges using the application and desired few enhancements as well, such as:

  • Manual intervention in terms of report generation which led to errors and were time consuming
  • The application did not provide details related to contractor coverage areas (region / location), this had be done manually
  • Invoicing and price calculations for the claims required certain rules to be applied before manager approval; thiswas a manual process and needed automation
  • Significant paper work and manual intervention was needed to print the invoice to be couriered to contractors
  • Pricing amendments from the Contractors was updated manually, needed automation
  • The UI wasn’t user friendly and impressive, which needed redesigning
  • Apart from in-house employees, Client wanted application to be accessed by 3rd parties such as Carriers (Insurance Companies) and Contractors
