Client Win: Redesigned Responsive Complaint Management Systems for Leading Healthcare Company

The customer is a leading global provider of healthcare products and systems that contribute to quality enhancement and cost efficiency within healthcare and life sciences.

The customer wanted to redesign the user interface for one of the applications used in their healthcare systems. The application was a complaint and maintenance management application where the technicians would login their requests stating which systems needed replacement or repair. The application was built using obsolete technologies and wasn’t responsive and had to be redesigned using the latest technologies for better user experience.

Silicus will start by creating wireframes using Axure RP wire framing tool, sharing UI concepts, ideas and options with the customer in Adobe Photoshop. The new UI version will have a simplified interface for beginners and a more elaborate one for experienced users. Another enhancement would be the ability to enter requests in offline mode.

The new system will present a clean, intuitive and modern interface to users, with a reduced number of fields to be completed, significantly improving the overall user experience.
