Customer Orientation
We understand that our clients have unique needs and rather than putting teams together from existing employees, we recruit team members from scratch while ensuring that resource competencies match the specific needs of the engagement and the team delivers sustainable value. We refer to this as our Hire-to-Order (H2O) people model.
While setting up a Dedicated Team we initially build capabilities for communication, recruiting and selection. An executive sponsor ensures that the team is matured with tools and best practices for collaboration, innovation and governance with the help of professionals from our competency centers. Teams are hired based on client’s specifications and trained as necessary. Clients have dedicated human resource managers who look after these teams. H2O teams are a virtual client organization managed by Silicus.
