Resources April 2011 : Silicus commences software development services for mid sized IT Services Company in the US
The Sales and Marketing team is pleased to inform you of our significant customer win from a reputed IT Services Company based in the East Coast. The client is a systems integration and consulting company specializing in the convergence of voice, video, and data systems.
Silicus will design and develop a communication software product for the client. The product is envisioned to be an innovative communications solution allowing users to quickly, efficiently and securely communicate with other users using voice, text, alerts, data and file transfers from a laptop, cell phone or desktop computer.The software will be developed in Java.

April 2011 : Silicus scores impressive Customer wins in the last 2 months!!
We are extremely pleased to inform you of our continued winning streak in the last 60 days. We have succeeded in adding at least five new clients in this period.
Besides this, we have converted big repeat business from existing clients in Telecom and Technology services, and increased the team size with our Google Apps software clients. We are also optimistic about more big wins from some new as well as existing clients in the next 15-30 days.
The S&M team is working towards releasing a new website for the company in the near future, to sustain and improve on our current growth.
These are exciting times at Silicus, and thanks to every Silicus employee for your support and dedication in helping us achieve this success.
January 2011 : Silicus starts 2011 with a bang!!
The months of December and January have been a fantastic time for Silicus. We have scored as many as 6 new client wins in these two months while expanding on current client relationships, keeping the recruiting team quite busy in the process.
Our recent successes have come about through wins with an E-commerce software company, a e-Learning software company, Emergency response training company, an Online dating company and an IT Service Company. Besides, we have just signed a new development project with a Chemical Engineering Group in the US, more details on the project later. We have also succeeded in expanding team sizes with existing clients in PCI network security software, Google Apps migration services and Anti-virus software.
The business development team is optimistic of scoring more wins in the near future on the back of a strong pipeline and plans for several new client focused initiatives.

December 2010 : Silicus sets the pace for significant growth in 2011 with an outstanding 2010
2010 has been a fantastic year for Silicus . We have scored as many as 10 new client wins with a flurry of engagements towards the close of the year.
Some of the heartwarming wins have been the QTP based testing relationship with a Fortune 100 subsidiary, closely fought client win in the Telecom domain, a Google Android project for a non-profit organization and our first client win in the Danish market.
Ending 2010 on a high, the business development team is optimistic of doubling our revenues and head count in 2011 on the back of a strong pipeline and plans for several new client focused initiatives.
November 2010 : Silicus selected to modernize software product suite for US based Telecom Solutions Company
The business development team is happy to announce a major client win in the Telecom Industry. The client win came after a sustained 5 month long engagement, amidst stiff competition from other software engineering vendors in India and China. As part of this engagement we will help the Client modernize the client's suite of telecom software products to the latest Microsoft.NET and related technologies. Also, this engagement will help us further deepen our Telecom experience.
October 2010 : Silicus extends its relationship with the leader in mass notification software with a new initiative to design and develop a Mass E-mail Messaging platform
The account management team is happy to announce a new project initiative with one of our existing clients. We will be developing a mass e-mail management platform for the client to complement the client's existing suite of products and services.
September 2010 : Silicus selected by Non-Profit organization for Google Android mobile software development project
Our new client is a non-profit organization that provides personal and private spaces for creating online communities of family and friends, bringing people closer when someone special is experiencing a significant health challenge. This project will help in improving the accessibility of these online spaces from Android based devices.
With this engagement, Silicus will further its capabilities and experience in Android based Mobile software development.
August 2010 : Subsidiary of Fortune 100 Conglomerate engages Silicus for QTP Test Automation Services
The business development team is happy to announce our association with the IT division of a Fortune 100 Company. We will be using our Quick Test Pro (QTP) expertise to offer software test automation services to the client's suite of software products.
Silicus aims to improve the efficiency of the client's software quality assurance team through this test automation project. This engagement will help us deepen our QTP Test Automation experience.
August 2010 : Silicus plans to move its India delivery center to a new location
Silicus will be moving its India headquarters and delivery center to a new location within Pune city. The relocation will bring the company's location within the heart of Pune city, making it easily accessible for employees. July 2010 : Silicus Technologies helps one of its existing Fortune 500 clients achieve PCI compliance for its product suite
Silicus is proud to be part of the success enjoyed by one of its existing clients who has successfully obtained PCI ADSS certification for its club membership software product. The year and a half long initiative culminated this month with the client formally achieving the coveted certification.
The software engineering activities involved in making the software PCI ADSS compliant were undertaken onsite at the client's facilities with support from Silicus' PCI DSS Certified Development Center in Pune, India.
With this engagement, we have enhanced our experience in developing secure software products and applications for PCI compliance.
June 2010 : Silicus plans to move it US Headquarters to a new location
Silicus will be shifting its US headquarters to a new location at Sugar Land, Texas. The decision was taken based on Sugar Land being rated as one of the "Top Cities in Texas" for business relocation and expansion by both Outlook Magazine and Texas Business. April 2010 : Silicus Technologies engages Client for PHP Zencart Software Enhancement Services on the Zend Framework
The project involves enhancing the client's existing Zencart e-commerce application with key functionality. With this project, Silicus looks forward to offering expanded capabilities on the Zend Framework.
April 2010 : Silicus Technologies scores maiden client relationship in the Danish market
The business development team is pleased to announce our new engagement with a Danish Anti-virus and Anti-spy ware software company to offer software enhancement services to its existing portfolio of software products. This marks the 3rd client win for Silicus in the European market, and provides us the confidence and momentum to make further forays and establish more relationships with European technology firms. August 2008 : Silicus to enhance software product of a Imaging and Multimedia Solutions Company
The client is an immersive 360-Degree Imaging solutions company. One of its trademark products is a visual technology that allows stitching of panoramic images into 360 degrees x 180 degrees field of view for video and photography.
Silicus will re-engineer the User Interface of the client's software using wxWidgets to make it compatible across platforms.
July 2008 : Silicus signs new software development contract for Oil and Gas Technology Company
The client is the world's leading provider of SmartWell technology solutions for upstream Oil & Gas installations.
Silicus will be developing an application that will help the client monitor and track equipment condition as well as location related data on the various products that get installed as part of its solution.

Silicus added two new clients to expand its presence outside of the United States. For one of the clients Silicus will be setting up a development center staffed with a Hired-to-Order dedicated team. For the other client Silicus will be performing independent testing services.
