We constantly research, evaluate and adopt innovative and useful process tools that simplify complex and manual tasks related to project portfolio management, project management, resource management, requirements and issue management. Apart from just simplifying these tasks, our objective in using these tools is to improve turnaround times, improve quality of deliverables and facilitate better communication and collaboration amongst stakeholders.
We have invested in some of the leading software process tools including Team Foundation Server, JIRA, Projector PSA and SharePoint and continue to identify more enabling tools. Finally, we have a dedicated in-house software engineering process group (SEPG), with investments in capable software process analysts, architects and developers who work in tandem to develop software components and tools that customize and extend the benefits from the process tools we use.
The tools that our project teams use ensure uniform quality across projects by use of pre-defined templates for requirements, issues and project management. All project activities, from project initiation to project completion, are completed using these tools.
