In essence, a Dedicated-DC works as an extension to your own organization, with dedicated resources. Onsite resources serve as the conduit to a near-shore or offshore Dedicated-DC.
How we start
We help businesses clearly define strategic business objectives for a Dedicated-DC and establish key operating parameters to achieve these objectives. Once we mutually agree on the plan, we work with you to translate these objectives into a full-fledged development center. We analyze your requirements to determine and suggest an optimal mix between onsite resources who work as a conduit to the development center. - Human resources
- Project timeline and execution
- Resource management
The Client is responsible for managing the following aspects of the development center:
- Continuity of engagement & project tasks and activities
- Technology and business directions
We take joint responsibility with the client for the following:
- Strategic planning
- Process Improvements
People
Responsibility for selecting key personnel is shared jointly. Once the resources are on board, we will be responsible for managing resource deliverables and day to day activities, as well as HR related aspects.
Cost
In a Dedicated-DC model, we charge clients based on the number of dedicated resources in the development center as well as for onsite coordinator resources. Pricing of resources depends on the following factors:

- Size of the team
- Onsite vs Offshore mix
We offer discounts based on the size of the development center. We have predefined slabs for team sizes, and any client can avail of the discounts once they fall in the particular slab.
