The Flex-DC model is a hybrid of "Dedicated Development Center" and "Project Outsourcing" model. It provides some of the benefits of both the models, such as, ability to scale resources on-demand without the need to maintain high ongoing resource costs.

The team comprises of a "Core Team" that consists of the minimum number of dedicated resources required to support the engagement at hand. The rest of the resources will be added to the team based on project needs. You will have the benefit of retained knowledge within the team, higher productivity as well as the flexibility to scale on-demand as per business needs.
The Core Team will be responsible for learning and retaining the knowledge of your software product or application, methodologies, policies, procedures, and so on. This team will be involved with:

- Project timeline and execution
- Resource management
You will be responsible for managing the following aspects of the center:
