Project

Project Engagements are suitable for well a defined scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria. In these engagements we are responsible for completion, quality, acceptance and warranty on all deliverables as well as agreed upon timelines. Client is responsible for participating in scope definition and deliverable acceptance. We deliver projects on a Time & Material or Fixed cost basis. For large scope engagements, consistent with our agile approach, we recommend a series of projects to better manage control over scope, deliverables, timelines, and reduce risks.

Flex Development Center

Our Flex development center (Flex-DC) engagement offers a combination of Dedicated-DC and Project models for software companies and enterprises wanting a long term outsourced resource center with a combination of work both short-term and long-term in nature. For ongoing long-term initiatives, the development center model is leveraged with dedicated resources while short-term projects are delivered with temporary resources for the duration of the project. We are responsible for scaling the development center on-demand.

Dedicated Development Center

A dedicated development center (Dedicated-DC) is appropriate for long-term engagements, primarily maintenance and support in nature. In a Dedicated-DC engagement we establish and manage a development center as an extension to the client's organization tailored to match their requirements. The center is staffed with long term dedicated staff, equipped with required infrastructure and connectivity, tailored processes & practices are implemented, and collaboration & communication tools deployed. Key service levels for the center are defined and monitored jointly with the client. In such engagements, we are responsible for completion, quality, acceptance and warranty on all deliverables, and adherence to service levels and timelines. Clients can choose from Time & Material or Fixed Monthly basis billing options.

Staff Augmentation

Staff augmentation engagements can be leveraged for onsite or offshore professional services assignments. Engagements are typically for a fixed term and can be extended as needed. Client is responsible for managing personnel tasks and deliverables. A technical manager may be assigned to the engagement to ensure any challenges are resolved. This is a good option if resources with specific skills are needed for short to mid-term requirements.
