Sumant Ahuja ( President and CEO ) As a Chief Executive Officer, Sumant sets the company's overall strategic direction and ensures the worldwide coordination of Silicus initiatives and partnerships to deliver value to the firm's clients. Before founding Silicus, Sumant worked for leading management consulting organizations including Deloitte & Touche, IBM Global Services, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. As an e-business architect at Compaq, he was responsible for architecting Compaq's global e-commerce platform which included architecting the applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability of systems, data storage and security. He received his MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo and his B. Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India. Sumant has provided singular leadership and motivation to the employees and associates of the Company to excel in their respective roles and also positioned Silicus as a very competitive player in the Software Product Engineering space

Ravindra Satyanarayana ( Chief Operating Officer ) Ravindra has operated in the software industry at various technical, operational and management levels. Ravindra is based out of Silicus offices in India, and is responsible for all aspects of Silicus' India operations including Delivery, R&D, Quality and Continuous Process Improvement. As a founding member, he was responsible for setting up Silicus' offshore operations in India and since has been instrumental in growing the software development team and facilities. Before joining Silicus, Ravindra worked for Infosys Technologies. Ravindra holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ravindra now heads the Software Engineering Process Group at Silicus which looks after high standard of quality in the delivery organization at Silicus. Additionally SEPG completes internal / external audits to assess Lifecycle Models against industry standards.

Vikas Budhiraja, Ph.D. ( Executive Vice President ) Dr. Vikas Budhiraja is a Principal at Silicus Technologies and leads the Healthcare and Life Sciences Solutions division. Dr. Budhiraja has over a decade of Healthcare IT experience and has successfully managed several mid to large-scale financial and clinical IT projects for leading clients across the healthcare industry – payers, providers, healthcare ISVs, and clearinghouses and life sciences companies. He has designed solutions and products related to Claims billing, ERA, Eligibility, eRx, EMR, PHR, Patient portals, HIEs, ACOs, Clinical Trials, Hospital systems and so on. His expertise is in a wide variety of healthcare areas, including: ANSI transactions, HL7, ICD-10 remediation, HIPAA Privacy & Security, ARRA/HITECH regulations, Meaningful Use reporting, and other healthcare regulatory compliance and reporting.
Dr. Budhiraja holds a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (India) and a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering from Rice University, Houston.
